Aquanaut European Voyager
- With an Aquanaut Voyager the destination can not be more beautyful than the voyage.
Inspired by the American trawler yachts, Aquanaut developed a new concept - the European Voyager - she was enthusiastically received, both at her debut at the 2004 BOOT exhibition in Düsseldorf and when we, subsequently, introduced her as a 13m and 15m into our charter fleet.
Particularly impressive is the successful integration between the classical, rugged lines of the Drifter and the modern lines of the true trawler yacht; its uniqueness is based on the fact that the saloon and open cockpit are on one level and these, together with the aft deck situated above, offer enormous space.
The European Voyager is based on the proven multi-chine hull trawler with seaworthy characteristics with CE Certificate B ( classification A - ocean going is available at extra cost).
The advanteges of the new European Voyager concept in one glance:
- large aft deck and roomy cockpit on one level
- cockpit is protected from rain and sun and lies almost on the waterline.
- Both decks together offer a lot of space.
- aft deck is only slightly higher than on other conventional aft deck boats
- the aft deck can also be reached via steps from inside or, from outside via a ladder for the 1300 EV; however with the 15m and 17m models both levels can be reached via fitted stairs
- covered port and starboard gangways provide shade from summer sun keeping the saloon at an ambient and cool temperature
- The boat is on two floors for almost its entire length thus giving spacious internal cabin areas.
Compact dimensions and low air draft ( just over 3m) allows stable cruising across European inland waterways, the North Sea, the Baltic Sea and via the French canals to the Cote D'Azure.
The teak interior is standard but can be changed to suite individual requirements. Other interior layouts are also possible.

The new special from Aquanaut: European Voyager *II
Just like the for a few years back developed PRIVILEGE-range, where the exterior is emphasized by the many round forms, now also the appreciated European Voyager has had a complete facelift from our designers. The result is an even more modern and attractive boat: the European Voyager *II
Of course all the good qualities and features have been implemented in the EV*II and at the same time the model have been provided with a new and modern exterior, where mainly the round shapes are striking, for example at the roof of the steering position and the “wings” that mark the stern – just as on the Global Voyager- to the left and right.
Also the upper deck that have been stretched above the cockpit catches the eye and emphasizes the link with the American passagemaker trawler yachts. More space on the upper deck and better protection against the rain and sun do come in handy as well.
The larger windows enable a perfect round view from the steering position and the saloon. The new colour scheme of the EV*II makes this type of boat a true new one. A genuine jewel in the complete range of Aquanaut-models !
